How to be sunsmart

In summer it is really dangerous and really hot. It is really important that you know how to be sun smart. To be sun smart you need to wear a hat, wear sunglasses and wear sunscreen.

One of the best things that you can do to be sun smart is to wear a hat. A bucket hat would be smart and it would be the best option because it protects your face from the sun. The next reason why a bucket hat is a good option is because if you have a cap and you are looking at the sun your face might turn tan.

Another best thing that can protect you from the sun is sunglasses. If you are inside your house and you are looking outside at the sun and you are wearing white glasses you can still

The Water Cycle

The water cycle goes round and round. It has no end or beginning it just goes around and around. It has water in it.

One of the most important parts of the water cycle is evaporation. When the water and heat combine it makes steam. Then it rises into  the sky.

Another important part of the water cycle is condensation. After it rises into the sky it makes little pieces of clouds. It’s heavy because little droplets cool down.

The last important part of the water cycle is precipitation. Precipitation is rain, hail, snow, ice and sleet. All that stuff comes from the sky. It comes from the clouds.

When the water lands on the earth’s surface, it goes to things like toilets, baths and sinks. It even goes to swimming pools, oceans and seas.

The water cycle goes all around that’s why it’s called the water cycle. The 3 most important parts of the water cycle is evaporation, precipitation and finally condensation. Without these things there wouldn't be a water cycle.

Puddels

This afternoon in Science, we were in a group of three. My team was Rosie, Razelle and me.Then they put some water in the cup. We went outside and poured some water on the ground but before we done that we had to make sure we are on a flat surface  because if we were not on a flat surface the water is just going to go down and make a river and someone my trip. Here is the picture!

Then after a little while we went to get a chalk from Miss Percy and drawled around it. Then we had to write the time down and our group names. So then we came back into class. At 12.00, my other team-mate Razelle went outside and took a look what happened between 11.55 and 12.00. They came back in they. So after a couple of minutes we all went outside and it looked like this.

We noticed it evaporated and the combination of water and heat . Then it turns into stem and goes to the sky and makes clouds. After the sky makes  clouds with that water. and the heat. It ended up looking like this picture.

Once the water has been used it goes down to the sewerage pipes.

This is me and Seine and Romana putting our plastic tube into the red can.
They were trying to mix it to become dark  green.

  • I learnt to make right choices with your money.
  • I learnt that if you save money you could build a house, robot or you could get a car.
  • I learnt that you can have a garage sale to save money.
